Anh20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using the anh20 platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the anh20 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the anh20 platform. Continued use following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from registering or accessing any services offered by anh20.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of anh20 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. anh20 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
All personal information provided during registration must be accurate and valid. anh20 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to maintain the integrity of the platform.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As an anh20 user, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable regulations.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information through the platform.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate game outcomes or transactions.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party without prior written consent from anh20.
- Using funds obtained through illegal activities to make deposits or transactions.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the anh20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX (online banking) and DuitNow, both of which are widely recognised and used payment methods in Malaysia.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are their own and were obtained through legitimate means. anh20 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform policies.
For fund withdrawals, users are required to have completed the necessary account verification process. anh20 will process withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the chosen method. Any fees or charges related to banking transactions are the responsibility of the user.
Anh20 does not guarantee that third-party payment systems will be available at all times or free from disruptions. Should a technical issue arise involving a payment provider, users are advised to contact our support team for further assistance.
5. Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The anh20 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. anh20 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or that it will meet any specific user expectations.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, anh20 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes.
Users acknowledge that all gaming activities carry financial risk and that the decision to participate in any game is entirely their own. anh20 encourages users to play responsibly and within their financial means.
6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Anh20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from relevant authorities.
If your account is suspended, you will be notified via email or through the platform and given the opportunity to submit an appeal where applicable. In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, any associated fund balance may be subject to further investigation before being processed.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the anh20 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the anh20 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations — is the exclusive property of anh20 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, translate, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from anh20. Unauthorised use of this intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The anh20 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers. anh20 has no control over the content or policies of such third-party services and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Anh20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
